Brett M. Watts

M.S., MFT, PhD LMFT #43090

Hi there, my name is Brett, and I'm a licensed MFT with over 25 years of experience helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges. I understand that life can be tough, and sometimes we all need a little support to get through the ups and downs. My approach is to help you explore past experiences to better understand your current patterns and find healing. I specialize in trauma informed, attachment-oriented relational therapy, integrating inner child work, dream work, and EMDR. I've spent years in my own Jungian analysis, and regularly consult with a top-notch analyst to support our work together. I like to create a relaxed, collaborative, and warm therapeutic atmosphere. When I'm not in the office, I love spending time in nature with my pups and loved ones.

Maria Siewert

Certified Life Coach

With over 15 years experience working with youth and their families, I offer a safe and supportive environment to uncover strengths, build skills, and develop strategies to improve daily functioning. Whether you’re navigating school pressures, seeking career clarity, striving for work life balance, or aiming to improve relationships, I’m here to partner with you.

As a seasoned life coach, I offer personalized coaching sessions tailored to each individual's unique needs and aspirations to empower adults and teenagers in various aspects of their personal and social development. From communication and social skill building to relationship building and goal setting, I’m dedicated to helping you navigate the challenges you’re facing with confidence and resilience.

My background is in working with youth and adults who face difficult life challenges that bring on issues with behaviors, decrease self-esteem and confidence, and need support in building skills and identifying strategies to improve their situation. It’s important to note that life coaching is different from therapy in that therapy focuses on mental health and emotional healing, while life coaching focuses on setting and achieving goals.

My coaching style is rooted in empathy, active listening, and a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by adults and teenagers today. I believe in fostering a safe and empowering space where clients feel comfortable exploring their ambitions, challenges, and fears. Through thought-provoking questions, insightful reflections, and actionable strategies, I help clients gain clarity, build confidence, and take meaningful action towards their goals. I empower clients to overcome obstacles, build self-esteem, and thrive in all areas of their lives.

I utilize evidence-based practices like DBT, EMDR, and trauma-informed care to support goals and build resilience. Outside work, I cherish nature, time with my cat, and Netflix binges.

Monique Enriquez

M.S., LMFT #135948

Hello, my name is Monique, and I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals and families across various ages, life stages, and backgrounds. My passion lies in helping people reconnect with their strengths, heal from past wounds, and build more fulfilling, connected lives.

I specialize in trauma-informed care, and my therapeutic approach is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and collaboration. Depending on your unique needs and goals, I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Attachment-Based Therapy. My background in Child Development and Infant Mental Health also informs my work with young children, parents, and families navigating early relational challenges.

I believe therapy should be a place where you feel safe, seen, and empowered. I strive to create a calming, nonjudgmental space where healing can unfold at your own pace. Whether you're working through trauma, relationship issues, parenting stress, emotional dysregulation, or life transitions, we’ll work together to identify what’s most important to you, strengthen your coping tools, and connect you to the support systems that sustain long-term growth.

My work is grounded in cultural humility and neurodiversity-affirming practices. I deeply value the uniqueness of every individual and am committed to honoring your lived experience, identity, and values within the therapy process.

Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, being in nature, gardening, and caring for my pets, which are activities that bring me balance and joy.

If you’re looking for a thoughtful, trauma-informed therapist to walk alongside you on your healing journey, I’d be honored to connect with you.

Angelica Espinoza-Santiago

M.S., AMFT #153632

Welcome!
My name is Angelica, and I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. Taking the first step toward healing takes courage, and I’m honored to walk alongside you on that journey. My goal is to create a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being your full, authentic self. I believe healing begins when we feel seen, heard, and supported.

I approach therapy from a collaborative, narrative lens—meaning we work together to understand how your experiences have shaped the way you see yourself and the world, and how we can rewrite the parts of your story that no longer serve you. I also tailor my therapeutic approach to meet your individual needs, using a combination of Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy. Creativity is also a big part of my work—I enjoy using play, art, games, and other expressive techniques, especially when working with children and adolescents.

I earned my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant International University and my Bachelor’s in Psychology with a Minor in Chicano/Latino Studies from the University of California, Irvine. As a proud first-generation Mexican American raised in California’s Central Valley, I am deeply committed to culturally responsive care. I value the unique ways that culture shapes identity and experience, and I strive to create space for those influences in our work together.

I'm also passionate about offering therapy in both English and Spanish, and welcome clients who feel most at home using "Spanglish" during sessions. I believe language is deeply personal—and being able to express yourself in the way that feels most natural is a key part of feeling safe and understood in therapy.

I work with children, teens, adults, and families navigating a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, family conflict, and life transitions. Above all, I believe therapy is a partnership—and I’m here to support you with compassion, respect, and care every step of the way.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy reading, painting, nail art, and spending quality time with family, friends, and my dog. I believe self-care is important for everyone, and I try to live by this belief.

Tatiana Allen

M.S., ACSW# 113863

Welcome! My name is Tatiana and I am an Associate Clinical Social Worker. Life can feel overwhelming at times, and reaching out for support is a courageous first step. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, coping with trauma, managing mental health symptoms, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to support you. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore what’s going on, build on your strengths, and develop skills to support your long-term well-being.

With three years of clinical experience, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from all walks of life, including older adults, LGBTQ+ clients, young adults, children, and persons with disabilities. My background includes outpatient work with people experiencing co-occurring disorders, where I’ve learned the importance of treating the whole person—not just the diagnosis.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based practices. I draw from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed care to tailor treatment to your unique needs and goals. I believe therapy should honor your autonomy and values—meeting you where you are and moving at a pace that feels right for you.

In my free time, I enjoy cinema, anime, community events, and weekend adventures with friends.

If you’re ready to begin or continue your healing journey, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
